FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS.

1. Is there any warranty for my purchases? 

Yes, warranty for manufacturing defect is provided for all items in accordance to the manufacturer. Warranty period varies from products to products. We will handle any warranty claims for you, so you do not have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Just return to us your defective product within the warranty period and we’ll get it replaced or fixed immediately!

2. I live in *insert name of your country*. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, as long as it is accessible to the postal service, we are able to ship there. We shipped all our items using Poslaju Express Service. However if your item is not listed for free shipping services, we would have to charge you a small amount for shipping (for the shipping rates please refer to Poslaju website or you can CONTACT US for inquire). Alternatively you can also choose your preferred shipping method.

3. Can I have a refund because I do not like the item that I bought anymore?

No. We practice a strictly no refund policy. However we would gladly replace your item for you if it suffers from any manufacturing defect.

4. Are your products ORIGINAL?

Yes, our products are 100% original. They are imported directly and officially from manufacturer/brand itself.

5. Are the prices fixed? 

Yes, our prices are fixed. Our prices are very reasonable. The prices are lower than the recommended retail prices (RRP) of the products in their respective country. Furthermore, we save you the trouble from mistakenly importing defective, counterfeit products and provide warranty support for all your purchases with us.

6. How long does delivery takes? 

After receiving confirmation of payment, we would immediately process shipping within 1 – 2 days. After that, it takes roughly another 1 – 3 days for shipment within Malaysia and 2 – 5 days for international shipment (depending on your geographic location) for it to arrive to you.

7. Can I pay you only after receiving the product?

No. Payment must be made in advance to avoid fraud. After you have paid into our bank accounts we would then issue you an official receipt. On the receipt there is the company information. You can always report to the relevant authorities if you believe there is fraud from our side.

8. What are the modes of payment? TT/ Maybank2U/ Bank Islam/ Paypal/ Visa/ Mastercard etc.? 

Other than through any form of TT, online bank transfer (Maybank2u, PBeBank),OR direct bank-in , we also support payment thru PayPal. You can either pay with your PayPal balance or with Credit Cards through PayPal as well.
